Colors in life

In life you get to see lot of shades of colors like  anger, happiness, boring etc

These colors carry a value when your mind is not busy. Else they do not paint a picture of "your" personality but paint a picture of your thoughts.

Most of only see picture of life which is painted on thoughts and not on your character.

We can safely say almost none of the living humans possess a ability or virtue to paint there personality to world. That's the reason they say we live in an illusionary world where everyone are "faking" there outputs.

True character emerges when life is under threat or life is in complete disarray or if you are super human!!!

Life is a messy teacher

Life's lessons are never straight forward and needs a whole lot of time to realise that you were in a class (difficult times).

If you run out of patience you can never 'live' a life on earth.

The problem of mind healing itself is a complicated ask and mind needs to be a patient as well as doctor.

Any normal human is helpless but see his own mind slipping into negative thoughts and hence depression.

No matter the amount of effort you put in or amount of advises your 'mind doctor' gives. Your 'sick mind' will pull everything along with it to make sure ambience of body or your mood as well is sick.

This is were you need a external mind or counseller to help you drag your sick mind out of this tough situation (push pull between sick and well minds).

Dealing with elders who are spoiling relationships

When you have to deal with so called "elders" who are not exposed to life and are suggesting and passing comments based on there narrow view of life.

These in infections of society harm relationships very badly with their prejudged mindset and reluctance to accept positiveness in a environment which was earlier negative.

They do not know understand the concept that people change and yes , a bad person can be good . Good and bad are only perspectives and not a person's nature.

If such uneducated elders had understood the last sentence in previous paragraph. Indian youth and society would have been much more greener and lesser victims who had to go through and bare such ridiculous elders.

It's a pain to tolerate accusations and accept mistakes which are not done in first place.

Facing accusations

When you face a situation or hear vague comment contradictory to your intent or instinct. What do you do?

Errupt with anger and shout or think patiently and act wisely?

99% of us choose to errupt in the heat of the moment. But that's not the need of the hour.

Do not increase the value of the passer by's comment by reacting to it.

Instead respond. In Hindu faith it is said that Peace, wealth and intelligence are under God's direct influence. If you do not possess these then God doesn't approve your case.

Hence show some patience, act with integrity instead of shouting. You know what you are and what you are capable of. Some laid back person passing a comment on your core personality doesn't degrade or decrease your capabilities 8j any manner.

Choose to ignore and add comment to checklist . It is not that you do not want to act on that but you are simply bound by so many things that you do not have enough time to spare on such vague comments.

How to sustain smile in difficult times

You would have heard people saying wear a smile always. But it is not so simple.

Firstly, you would need a stable and composed mind. Which is rock hard and has been trained to care less for all the worldly disturbances around.

How to Stabilise mind
Every time some is talking or uttering words of offence. You need to understand the whole purpose of this is to hurt you. How do you deny them win or happiness? By staying calm and ignoring all there words. Yes it does hurt mind. But if you show it off that you were hurt by replying equally offensively then they would be successful in there mission.

How to have a Rock hard mind
This bit comes when you display the act stable mind consistently. That means you are reaching the next level of understanding when you should allow the mind to be in which state.
Basically controlling the mind.

How to Ignoring or trying isolate from physical environment during a verbal assault
This is were you would need the help of meditation or mindfulness. Practicing meditation or mindfulness on the go is important so that it acts as a controlling rope to the horse called Mind.
