How to read someone's mind

Very juicy topic. "How to read someone's mind".

More often than not we try to guess or assume, the opposite person's thoughts and base our responses.
Majority of our assumptions are illusions and leads to incorrect perception. Your relationship intensity is based on these parameters. Most of us ignore such simple things, we try gauging every person we encounter with at every moment. That's trillions of calculations in brain.

In such a scenario, how do we imbibe the skill of mind reading?

Well, the secret is to not read someone's mind (reading thoughts) but instead try to know more about the person whom you are interacting with. Remember, there is a big difference between reading thoughts and understanding a person's likes and dislikes.

You need to increase your intimacy and hence get closer with the person. By doing this, by nature the human body will all come into sync to help the brain map the person's next move or thought. This is positive mind reading. As against the other method were in you are desperately wanting to know what is a person thinking mostly for ill-fated activities.

In conclusion you should try and understand a person rather read him. There is a positive and negative aspect to it, as I have described above.

Stay happy in 2019. Try spreading smiles as much possible.

Keep smiling.
