All of us like to travel. But most of us lack the idea of preparation. If you are a occasional traveler. Then you might want to go through some of the below pointers.

Plan you travel at least 3 months in advance if the travel is for a week duration.

Prioritize essentials and list them down which would be taken along with you.Medicines, fall-back food items like chocolates, torch, basic clothing and foot wear. Any other packing can happen on top of these.

Do some homework on the place you are visiting the weather conditions, what is popular buy there and which are the good travel spots you can visit there. But do not limit your choices to only these.

Organize your itinerary. Know your exact period of travel at least 2 months prior to the date and book your tickets/car/hotel stay accordingly.

Confirm and make sure that all the bookings are in place. Read and understand the terms and conditions thoroughly as you do not want to be in surprise once you reach.

Share your contact with your dear ones and let them know of your travel plan clearly in advance.

Smoking is that habit which begins as a style. Then turns into a "break-time" filler where in you use it for striking a conversation, social networking etc.

Further it becomes a stress reliever of sorts. This phase is most dangerous when you have lost the "pleasure" smoking use to give you when you began the journey.

4. Smoke only when you want to and not when your colleague/friend wants to.

5. Try alternatives to pacify your body's nicotine needs like Nicotine bubble gum, Electronic cigarette etc.

6. Practice meditation/yoga. There are a whole of websites which talk about mindfulness, meditation and yoga

7. Have a strong mind and determination with a single goal to quit smoking. Spend more time with people who talk positives and discourage smoking.

8. Use alternate relieving measures apart from above mentioned like coffee, tea which are less harmful and more health advantageous

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a status of mind when we expect something to happen, be it negative or positive.

More often than not Anxiety is associated with negative things. Like Anxiety is part of a branch which treats mental illness.

When we are anxious we press the panic button disrupting the result of an event/action.

Like anger management, anxiety management should be part of training/personality improvement training regimes.

If a 10% patience is added to the anxiety you would achieve what is called a steady state helping you take right decisions and important times in life.

Too much of patience if added to the anxious situation leads to disinterest leaving a odd in the lot. Extreme patience either signifies you have 100% control on your mind or there is some serious disorder with yourself.

It's actually pretty simple. You just need to mind your business and do not care of others opinion about you.

When you do this. You have made sure half of the junk thoughts in your mind are out.

Secondly, need to have your senses in control. You do need to implement every other suggestion you are given. Also you do not need to please each and every person in life whom you encounter.

Anothet important key to happiness is learning to say "NO". If you are hesitant then you are crucified.

What to do when you have fever? Enjoy it

When the body temperature increases. It means there is a imbalance of temperature in various parts of body which being corrected and hence the body temperature.

You feel nausea, drowsiness, and head spin if you try and walk. How to counter it? Just do not keep thinking and feel great that you have got fever and you need to look after. Meaning you are a king of sorts. Atleast in India this is the way people think.

I once gave it a thought, how about enjoying this period of high body temperature. Because your brain is slowed down and you are able to recollect thoughts and work through it in a more organised manner rather than flipping opinions every moment.


Well that's my take on fever or high body temperature.

How to live a peaceful married life. Yes its possible

Yes, guys the header of this article seems very impossible but its possible.

Often the first couple of years in an arranged marriage looks relatively good enough and justifies your choice and decision. But post 24 months is whats marks the beginning of a never ending testing phase and you will be crucified in all aspects of life.

Some of the common reasons why both the husband and wife think they made a wrong choice for life partner.


  1. Your ambitions/life goals are different. Hence priorities change and hence your basic daily routines would clash.
    • Key: Ambitions/Life goals are things which have to be re-looked at based on phases in life. If you are single/bachelor then you would set ambitions basis your circumstances (I would call you are learning and not fully matured at this point). When circumstances change your would not realize to blend your partner's goals as well. Question yourself on this? How often you asked her/him what he wants to be in life and what are his/her interests in life.
  2. You realized your mental frequency do not match. This is one of common reasoning I have heard. 
    • Yes, you would need to re-tune your mind to hear him/her just life normal radio else both do not listen each other.
  3. Age of getting into a commitment or getting married. 27 years, I would say is ideal given that you would have seen a bit of money flow in you life and you would have heard/seen few life lessons that help you carve a partner picture and hence you can make a informed choice while choosing your life partner.
  4. Blending your needs with that of hers/his. You would need to be ready to make at-least 10% compromise on all the stuff you intend to do in life. From the very granular to the major decisions. This way each you respect one another and this helps create a strong bond overtime. Which would result in the minus 10% to become plus 10%.
