How to prepare for interviews

Ok... you have an interview to attend and you are nervous as to what would be the structure and questions. You are anticipating certain things that may come during the interview and preparing for the same.

But folks. In my experience I have seen if you do not prepare and attend an interview chances are high that you would come out with flying colors.

Here are some basic tips before attending an interview.

1. Wake up normally: Do not sacrifice your sleep. Relax well before you leave home. This would give you ample energy and freshness in your eyes.

2. Interview preparation: Always finish your interview preparations a day before the interview is scheduled. Never do a last minute hurry as this would kill your mental structure for the session. Know your CV well as approximately 50 to 60 percent of the questions would be based out of your own CV.

3. Time and Punctuality: Be on time at the venue as delay would create a mushy impression upfront to the interviewer.

4. Calm and cool: Have a water bottle with you always and never panic during the wait time and while giving the interview as this lead the mind go chaotic and scrambled answers would be the output from you. Hence when a question is thrown to you always understand the question and if required ask the interviewer to re-phrase the question until your understanding becomes clear.

5. Sign off: This is very important the last phase of any interview is mostly concluded by the interviewer asking "if you have any questions". Normally candidated would hesitate to ask but I would recommend to put across even the least important logical question that you may have to the interviewer. As this would give more insight about your thought process to the interviewer. At the same time creates positive image for yourself.

BJP - Narendra Modi (Magical Number 272)

Its been a hectic election schedule in India and looks like the opposition party BJP is giving tough fight this time around with the one face - Narendra Modi (NaMo).

There has been a significant debate on his style of governing. The gujarat model has been talked about in various forums both positively and negatively. At the outer looks it can not be denied that there has been some good governance model in Gujarat, simply put as the people of Gujarat have chosen Narendra Modi not one or twice but thrice. This is itself would give a fair picture of the metal Narendra Modi posesses in actuality.

In cosmopolitic mindset of indian political arena. Its very difficult to convince and satisfy each elected governing members of aruling party. And being the head of it NaMo has achieved it to certain extent at the state level. But the real test begins when he truimphs the highest role - The Prime Minister of India. Where in he has to manage an entire alliance of parties which would have varied views and agendas on every single issue that country faces today.

NaMo has to take every ally in confidence before making any significant decision. I would personally feel he might be able to pass through this test given his style of thinking and actions. Even though you might be able to expect a 100% clean government, you can atleast boast of strong Prime Minister. :)

In the growing Android age along with the comfort of the luxury and flexibility that android OS and its applications provide we also needed to look at securing the data that flows between you android device and the external world. Virus/Trojan/malware/worms can infect your smartphone not only if you are connected to the internet but they are for sure to enter even if you have a simple Bluetooth connection on without even pairing with any device. So i hope you understand the practicality of the issue here.

When I say security for smartphones I would like to make a small clarification here. If you are a novice user and do not use you smartphone extensively then you are relatively still fine to do away without the need of a security app. But the owners of the most expensive and most dependent owners of smartphone need to take that extra precaution.

Security app essentially doesn't mean that it only provides the basic protection against the code written with ill-intent in mind. But also provide the user to comprehensively live with his smartphone in the event of device lose or complete data lose.

To list down:

- Data loss protection/Data backup/Contacts data backup
- Tracking loss phone mechanism
- Protection against virus/malware/spyware/Trojan etc
- Firewall protection
- Anti-phishing feature
- Spam filter
- Unknown caller detector
- Power saver
- Intelligent assistant
- Advanced data encryption

Now lets see some of the apps that are best and would fulfill these requirements.

1. AVG antivirus
2. Avast Antivirus
3. CM (Clean Master) security.
4. Lookout security.
5. Malwarebytes Anti-malware
